MCFB are delighted that Cheshire West and Chester have implemented a new free phone contact number for those calling their Help Scheme. The new free phone follows quickly the provision of an answerphone facility so callers are not held for long periods waiting for their call to be answered. CWaC are also launching an online form in the coming weeks.
